Rich, a Seattle native and UW graduate, comes from family with deep real estate development expertise. Richard’s father and partner, Randy Rogers, spent a large part of his career working for the Hemmeter Corporation in Hawaii, where he oversaw the financing and development of luxury resorts such as the Westin Maui and the Hyatt Regency in Lahaina. Randy’s experience with large scale projects is especially valuable as Ryche Contracting’s continues to expand into mixed use and commercial development. Father and son are deeply involved as developer, contractor, and interior designer, even down to selecting detailing and finishes.
