Please join Dr. Maike Reese on 4.5.2018 for the “Kindermitte Qualitätsdialog.”
The “Kindermitte Qualitätsdialog” is a participative, dialog-oriented concept for quality development in day-care centers. The goal: quality development is fun and is perceived as meaningful. It enriches everyday work and promotes dialogue about the essentials. The special feature of the quality dialogue are the appreciative interviews for the internal stocktaking and the peer review process for the external evaluation.
In this morning event, between 11.00 am and 12.30 pm, the peer review process will be presented – the external evaluation by educational staff of other kindergartens. This is how new impulses for the further development of quality come to the day-care centers. The association Kindermitte eV supports and accompanies the procedure. How that looks exactly explain the speakers.
In the afternoon, between 1.45 pm and 3.15 pm, it is possible to try out the instrument “Appreciative Interviews” of the procedure itself. In this workshop you have the opportunity to get to know the appreciative interview and to try it yourself. After a short presentation of the interview guide tandems are formed and it goes straight to practice.
*Note: The whole concept will be presented in the first part of the workshop. This will take place on May 4th from 11.00 am to 12.30 pm. The workshop in the afternoon can also be attended without prior participation in the event.
